Saballos was chosen from competitive bids. Even with design changes, the company provided fantastic value for money. All of the workers were friendly and very competent. The 1/2 star deduction is for an electrical issue that took longer than necessary to correct. Customer Service is an issue that can easily be resolved if they concentrate on communication with the customer and within the company. On the day after my kitchen was gutted and construction had begun, I learned that the design I had approved was not the planned installation, and the project had begun without the countertop I chose being available. New countertop selection was not available for three days. This extended the project completion. With the electrical issue in limbo, I was not aware that phase one had ended until the new counters would be in place. Selecting sinks and buying a faucet became minor issues. The electrical issue was corrected, the counters were installed and finish work was done. Terms of payment were not clearly stated in the contract. I have not had a follow-up contact two weeks after completion. Customer Service requires communication
