Great Dialogue and will be completing the job next month

My project was a Starlink antenna install at a difficult, high peak of roof location. Greg and his fellow technician both did some pretty spectacular gymnastics to put the Dishy exactly where I wanted it. Customer service and communication were first rate. Recommended!

They arrived as promised, confirmed what I wanted, completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. They took the time to explain the components interacted with the hub and remote. There was a minor hiccup when getting the remote and hub to configure which turned out to be on my end; access permission which was resolved and all synced and working. I would definitely reach out to them for any future work.

Pros: Installation was great. Great Job! Cons: Paid for a TV and Sound bar. I only bought the sound bar because it was recommended to me by the business. I only bought the TV because it was a great deal,(which i still think is a great deal.) and also was told in the beginning that the installation fee was included in the price. Sound bar came with the installation fee(which i know i paid for, so i was aware of this) Day of installation I was told i bought an outdoor sound system and the TV. (which i did not pay for the outside system but a sound bar that was recommended for me by them) I told them that i wanted the sound bar. So for some reason the invoice i paid was missing from their documentation. I checked my bank statements and my invoice showing that i did pay for the sound bar and the TV. For some reason they said during the installation that because the TV had speakers on them. They would use the money spent on the sound bar to pay for the installation of the TV and that i would not need a sound bar anymore. This came off very shady, because they told me that i needed to buy a sound bar for the TV at the very beginning when i was discussing with them and also felt that i was tricked out of my money because now I am no longer getting the sound bar i paid for. If i knew that the TV did not need the sound bar in the beginning i honestly would have probably not have purchased it. So i told them that i would rather them give me the sound bar i paid for and i will just pay the installation fee that i was told was included in the price of the TV. Which again if i knew that there was an installation fee in the beginning, i probably would have tried to install the tv myself. Ultimately, always get everything in writing. I am paying more money than i originally thought i was going to pay and the whole situation and how it was handled was very shady. I really wanted to like this company. Im sure the owner is a very good guy and all but how this situation was handled just did not feel right for us. Installation was great. How the situation was handled could have been better.... as now i feel like I paid a lot more than what i was told in the beginning.

Hunter was a jovial worker and seemingly enjoyed his assigned work. Hunter was able to make recommendations and fulfill the expectations. Good worker and diligent; very capable and would recommend for further services.

Greg and his team are fantastic. Fair pricing, the tech that came out, Hunter, was an extremely hard worker. Great communication and coordination.
