We used St. Raphael at Sea Grape Condominium for our flat roof TPO repair and maintenance. Tim Adams and his crew were very professional and very detailed in their assessment. They provided quality work along with paying attention to details. We currently use them for semi-annual maintenance on our roof. I would highly recommend their services.

Steve, Marsha, Tracey, Josh and the team of installers were great. We were impressed with the installer's "on time" service and their speed of work. They seem to pay special attention to detail as they worked and cleaned the worksite each day. I would highly recommend using them for any roofing needs. Greg B.

Good value and nice work. Communication and scheduling was a bit spotty and workers omitted a ridge vent that was eventually installed. Still waiting on the final paperwork from the manufacturer for energy tax credit. Cleanup was good and Tim the sales rep was great. Overall I would recommend Saint Raphael Roofing.

Did a great job

I have hired this company but work is not contracted to begin yet. I will update this review once the work is complete. I feel confident I will be able to increase the rating once I have something to base it on. But I received a request to review and I hope it ends additional calls to give bids.

We highly recommend St Raphael Roofing for roof repairs or replacement. We had a new 5V Crimp metal roof installed, which is simply beautiful and we love it. The workers arrived on time, worked very hard for long hours each day, and there was little "chatter" amongst the employees except work related, which was impressive. They were diligent to clean up each day & took care to ensure that the nails from our prior roof were picked up. We had difficulty with the metal color selection, and the owner was very kind and gracious in helping us through this process. I am so happy that we worked with this company and give them 5 stars!

I hired St Raphael Roofing to complete some repairs during a home purchase. It was quite difficult to align a w seller, real estate agents for appointment times and Traci was extremely flexible and accommodating in order to get the appointment scheduled and repairs completed. Will definitely use them for any future needs.

Saint Raphael replaced our tile roof and we were extremely happy with their work. The estimate was very quick and the value surpassed the other 2 estimates we received. The work was timely, the quality was great, and the crews were very professional. They were very responsive to any questions that I had. Tim Adams was an excellent sales person and explained everything to me prior to starting the repair. He was very diligent and making sure that his workers were doing the proper thing as far as the roof repair was concerned.

I needed a several roof tiles replaced before selling my house. The next day after calling, they had an inspector at my house and I received a quote. Two days later, the job was complete. Great company and fantastic experience!

I was hard pressed for time to meet insurance company deadline. The team at Saint Raphael Roofing went all out and met the deadline. The salesperson took the time to drive with my wife and I around the neighborhood to show us different types of metal roofs. He provided samples and answered our questions. The office staff prepared the contract and kept us abreast of the work schedule. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and the new roof looks beautiful.

This job was a full tile roof replacement including new gutters. Friendly, professional and efficient crew. Price was extremely fair. We are very happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company. We have recommended them to all our friends.

Positive first impressions' mean everything. Working with Steve - Saint Raphael's rep. - was a very pleasant experience. Steve's relaxed professional presence was welcoming, as he explained the benefits and quality of Saint Raphael's seamless gutter system. The 'positive first impression' was then extended upon meeting the installers Kevin and John. They were very courteous, professional, and efficient. They custom fabricated and installed 6" seamless aluminum gutters/downspouts in less than a half-day. Their craftsmanship was superb! As proof to Saint Raphael's quality and integrity - 3 houses, side by side, on our street have contracted them for roof/gutter installations. 5 STAR recommendation!

Very professional and polite company. Steve was always available to prepare us for what was to happen. I let all my friends know about how professional they were. The comments I get about the roof are that it is very clean and beautiful.

the best experience I have ever had with a roofer. they did two twins including mine and all of us(4 owners) were very satisfied with the results as well as the care they took to clean up every night and on final evaluation. Time wise was particularly satisfying as all work was done in an orderly fashion compared to some of the other jobs in our neighborhood. I can't recommend them more highly. Their bid was also very competitive. the office personnel were also very helpful on any call, very courteous and professional.

I would highly recommend St. Rafael Roofing!! We had roof damage due to hurricane Irma. We had 2 roofers come to our home to evaluate. Rodrigo, with St. Rafael Roofing, was one of them. Rodrigo was very professional, fact based and educated us of our roof issues so we were more knowledgeable when speaking to our insurance company and getting roofing quoteâ s. St Rafael also had very competitive pricing. Our roof just completed and could not be more pleased with St. Rafael Roofing process. The crew had to remove our existing tiles, we never found a nail in the yard and each day left the property clean. The roof is now complete and looks great. Process was very thorough, always left the property clean and I knew when they were coming in every step of the process. Great Job and would highly recommend St. Rafael Roofing.
