We researched several companies to install our Sunsetter awning that we purchased from Costco. Shady Deals was recommended by someone else and was the most affordable. Terence was very helpful and they came out a second time to install a replacement hood that the company shipped in error previously. I highly recommend them and they are the only company we would want to work with for similar needs in the future.

Very quick to response to inquiry even though this company is very busy, had to wait awhile after I decided on my product due to this fact. Nice to see a picture of what the finished product would look like. It is true that a picture is worth a thousand words. Love the finished product. Little on the pricy side for these awnings so hoping that they do hold up for years to come. Terrace was easy to work with and he has a good crew working for him. Would do business with Shady Deal Awnings again if the occasion arises.

Great customer service, Left the sample book so I could choose the awning fabric and showed me a photo of what the fabric would look like on my house.. They make the fabric themselves, so you're buying directly from the source. Friendly, helpful, reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
