Qualitywork in timely manner

Mark walked me through every step of the process, and had all the work completed within three weeks. New roof, new gutters, everything. It looks like a new house. The work crews were kind and conscientious and careful to clean up after themselves, and Mark himself checked in multiple times to make sure I was happy with everything... then ended up going above and beyond and putting new house numbers up for me. All the while being very sweet with my overly-friendly dogs who were trying to "help" every step of the way. The roof itself looks fantastic. We've already had three hard rains since, and I've had no issues at all. I couldn't be happier with them.

They could've screwed me and told me I needed a completely new roof knowing full well that I was what I was told and believed, but they didn't. Not only did they not tell me that, they got someone to patch the section in question for next to no money and did a fantastic job.

Only if every contractor could be this good. Great communication. Called me the next day after I put a quote request in and scheduled a visit quickly. I am still waiting on a different contractor to call me back and I already have a new roof on! Was very informative on products and such. Originally was going to take 4 weeks but was able to get the work completed sooner. After I committed to the work, he went up and tarped the area leaking until the roof was installed. Hopefully I won't need his services again but if I every do Shamrock is who I am calling. A+

Are you the kind a person like me, you wants to do it right the first time? This company has a crew instead of one or two people; one young guy in charge of obtaining material as they work, one older fella supervising problems, several other crew and the owner comes and goes but makes sure the clean up is perfect at the end. They completed my roof in one day between rain storms including reparation of leaking Dormers. They didn't replace the Dormers, of course, but my roof does not leak anywhere and this is after having 10 buckets in the attic for leakage. After comparing three other roofing companies, I picked Shamrock they are truly awesome!

My experience with this company was through an insurance claim when I had wind damage to my roof. My agent sent an inspector to evaluate the damage the same day. The inspection was deemed that I needed a new roof . I contacted Shamrock Roofing and the salesman came the next day. He was very kind and understanding of my situation and he too went up on the roof to make sure there were no leaks - if there had been he would have covered my roof with a tarp - my wait time was about 3 weeks. A crew of 5 men showed up at 8:00 am - they stripped and re-roofed the entire house in about 5 hours. There was no mess left and they were very professional. That same day the follow up inspector came and he too went up on the roof to inspect the quality of their work. Being that I am 70 yrs old, I just stood on the ground and said -"yup - new roof" . It was very comforting to know a professional came to make sure it was done right. I would hire this company again and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a new roof. Customer service is more important to me than price and from my insurance agent to the final inspection, I was very pleased. You will not be disappointed if you sign a contract with Shamrock Roofing Services!!

Came out to clean my roof Started the job and all seemed to be going well. After about 20 minutes I heard a knock at the door. I was told that their equipment pump had blown a gasket and that he would need to fix pump and return to complete job. I was fine with that. I will say that I about 2 to 3 days later I received an email through home advisor website from Shamrock cleaning that parts were ordered and when they arrived pump would be repaired and cleaning would resume. Days later I left a voicemail for him to contact me and give me an update on equipment repair. I have not received a phone call as of yet and no answer when I call at different times of the day. Just a voicemail is all I get. I have no idea if they are returning or what. I do understand that the weather has not been good lately I just feel I should receive and update from company

The job was well done but when he entered our porch to receive payment, he tracked in what must have been some of the roofing treatment. The carpet on our sunporch is only 6 months old but now it has a stain from the footprints. This was regretable, should have been predictable and definately avoidable. Otherwise the service was fine.
