We've had superb experiences with James on several plumbing jobs, the latest being installation of a recirculating hot water pump and replacement of a toilet. He and Max are always extremely courteous and professional in their customer service approach and also very neat, tidy and skilled in their work. We will be certain to call James for any future plumbing needs and would highly recommend him for any plumbing projects or repairs.

James did a great job installing my new water heater and all of my water valves under sinks, toilets, & washing machine. I am very happy with the speed that he got all of this work done. I highly recommend James and I will definitely call him if any other needs arise.

I highly recommend James as he is now my plumber. I had a leak in my ceiling in my bathroom. James made time for me the same day I called him, was on time, he put covers over his shoes prior to walking into my house, diagnosed and explained the problem right away, and then went with me upstairs to explain to my neighbor how to fix his toilet to stop the leak. He was available for days after for my texting of the leaking updates and then referred a contractor to me. Thank you James.
