Jason and Wade were both awesome. They were very professional and experienced in what I had done. My 16x16 cedar wood pergola is to die for. I canâ t wait to spend countless days and nights under it.. thanks guys!! Highly recommend

Todd was great to work with designing our arbor. He was very knowledgeable and helped us design a patio cover that was exactly what we hoped. He was very responsive and followed through on everything he promised. We also love how quickly the job went from the time we contacted him to completion was very fast. We will call Todd again for other projects.

Jason was easy to work with, came on time to provide the quote, answered all the questions that I had, gave a decent quote, scheduled and finished the job (pergola) at the earliest without any delays

I had a good experience with Southland Fence. Jason was pleasant and worked with me well. The guys who built the pergola did an awesome job and worked really fast. It only took an afternoon for them to complete it from beginning to end. I had a few questions after the installation and Jason was able to provide information to me.

We had a great experience with Southland Fence & Patio. We wanted a pergola and asked for an estimate based on the size and complexity of the project. Their estimate was very reasonable. Work was completed in a few hours and we are very happy with the finished project.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I used them build a Covered Patio in December 2020. They did an awful job and did not finish staining and the boards they put are falling apart. The sky lifts they put on the roof are cutting into my roof further opening up for water damage. It leaks when it rains. they put a metal roof on the pergola and did not square it so on the one end it protrudes 6 inches and on the other just an inch. So now with that not being squared I am not able to put a gutter for the rain water to drain and its making a mess in my yard. After 4 months and reaching out and asking them to fix the issues they just kept ignoring me and my calls. I finally called and left a VM threatening them with lawsuit, they show up and threaten me back saying there is nothing wrong and they accused me of paying their contractor on the side to do a crappy job, I know its funny. The owner Todd Clandestine left my property saying I wouldnt do s***! So unprofessional rude and deceitful!

Jason with Southland Fence was very good to work with and listened to all of my questions. He and his crew were very attentive to my concerns. The 2 men did a great job on our covered pergola. We are very happy with the way it turned out.

Excellent service and quality beyond expectations.

The quality of work is not good. When they bolted the header to the side of my house, the anchors went through the wall and protruded out of the kitchen wall and they did not bother to patch the holes. Instead they bought a little tub of plaster and gave it to me. I am not even sure the header is properly secured to the side of the house, and not just going through drywall and siding. There is still left over scrap wood in my backyard and they keep telling me someone will be over to pick it up, but it has been two days and no one has shown up. I am also waiting on a receipt.

It has been more than 3 months after warranty repair request but still not fixed. They promised several times but never showed up.

Todd was very responsive and did everything he said he would.
