Ii was more than satisfied with both the quick response to my call and the availability of a quick appt for the work. Than as to the quality I have to say my floors and grout were really filthy NOW THEY ARE GORGEOUS.

We hired Gerald Bagwell back on 7/7/16 to clean, repair, and replace tile throughout our condo, he has since done more work for us in our condo. We live out of state and have relied upon him for several more projects. He helped us choose our kitchen counter tops, installed a new sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, garbage disposal, as well as the over the stove microwave and he have also repaired our air conditioner and replaced all of our vertical blinds. He was constantly in contact with us about how the project was progressing as well as sent picture upon completion. I can not recommend him highly enough. -Sergio V

Outstading service - Gerald called to schedule an estimate, provided the estimate and an explanation of what to expect. Called the day before to confirm the actual appointment. The morning of he called about 10 minutes prior to the appointment apologizing that he was running late (not his fault the closed a RR crossing near my place and traffic was heavier than normal), he arrived within 5 minutes of the original scheduled time. I had a slate shower cleaned (I don't think the previous owner ever cleaned - 10 years) and marble countertops cleaned. Gerald also re-grouted the shower floor. Shower came out great. The marble still had stains, however Gerald warned me at the estimate that they most likely wouldn't come out with his cleaning. He recommended using a baking soda paste and letting it sit for 24 hours to see if that would pull out the stains. Best experience I have had from a home pro - on time, on budget and honest.

I shopped around for a while trying to get price estimates. Mr. Gerald was very affordable, on time, professional, and easy to work with. He didn't charge me any "extra fees", just the cost of his materials and labor which I felt was fairly priced. He removed and replaced the grout around the base of my tub and floor (which was causing water leak downstairs). He gave instructions to wait 3 days before use. Sure enough 3 days later, the grout was cured and the tub was used. No more leaks!! I would hire him again in the future for any grout/tile repairs!

I cannot praise Gerald enough. Not only did he do a beautiful job of installing new tile in the bathroom, but he also matched and repaired 2nd bathroom tile, cleaned entire tile and grout floor of condo which had not been cleaned in 20 years. I was amazed that he made it look nearly new again. Also, he was a pleasure to work with, very honest and personable. He kept me informed as the work progressed, complete with detailed photos ( since I live out of town) He finished the work in a timely manner and kept in touch by phone frequently. I feel fortunate to have found him through this site and give him the highest recommendation. He also installed new doors, bathroom cabinets and fixtures, made numerous repairs, and installed new cabinets in the kitchen. I would highly recommend- prompt, professional, and courteous. Meticulously cleaned, repaired, and re-grouted my guest bathroom, and they left the house practically cleaner than when they arrived!!! Found out that they install tile and stone too, so I may be calling them for future remodeling projects. 5 stars well deserved!!!!
