Always been satisfied with service, adherence to scheduling, etc.

The technician seemed very experienced, however, time is valuable to us, especially when you are requested to stay put for a 2-3 hour window. The technician showed up almost 45 minutes past the set window. I called TLC after 20 minutes had past, and they indicated he would be there in about 20 minutes. This is frustrating as consumer's days are rearranged and planned around contractors lengthly time windows.

T L C they were pretty good, what i didnt like that i was told some things that did not happen.Like the job would only take 1 day and it took 2 and the submeter took almost 3 weeks,other than that they were pretty good.

Their service was outstanding. They took the time to explain how to use the new sprinkler system. The only issue I had was the plumber that was hired by TLC did not pull a permit for the installation which is required in Charles County. I received a bill from Charles County because there was work performed without a permit. After I spoke to the owner of TLC he took care of the issue and the bill was paid by the plumbing company and a permit was pulled.

They went above and beyond to help us maintian our budget for this year.

Initial install was excellent but the finer details of getting a plumber to tie the sprinkler system into the house could have been better coordinated...

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB, FROM START TO FINISH.

Mike, the sales person was extremely professional. He showed up on time, took my early a.m. calls and explained things thoroughly to us before purchase. The office staff was courteous and responsive. They called us back within a day to set up installation. The workers were fast, efficient and left my yard looking as though no one had ever been there. The same day that the workers installed the sprinkler system Mike returned and spent a considerable amount of time checking every sprinkler head and teaching us how to use the system. We're very happy customers!

Lawn irrigation service technician was prompt, thorough, and helpful. He explained what he was doing as he went along and provided advice on system maintenance and operation. Price for service was competitive and a good value.
