Amazing team to work with through the whole process

Shawn and his team rebuilt a second-story porch for me. It was deteriorating and leaking to the porch below. Shawn worked with me to put together a quote that would fit in my budget. When the work started, they were respectful of my home and property, kept the worksite clean and organized, kept me in the loop and decision-making throughout the project, and left each day with the site cleaner than it was before. Everyone was very professional and friendly and the experience overall was great and exceeded my expectations. I will be asking them to quote more work in my home and look forward to working with them again. I highly recommend.

Shawn was great! Not only did they complete repairs to 2 decks as well as a section of wood siding, they painted the entire exterior of the house. The entire team was professional. Would definitely recommend them and hire them again for future projects!

Did an outstanding job. They did purchase one extra piece of siding that wasn't needed and left it for any future jobs I'm having them do. They matched the paint and did an outstanding job replacing the siding. It was quick and easy. Can't recommend them enough.

They did a very nice job replacing some siding and doing repair in some places that needed it. They also painted the whole house which turned out great and cleaned up any messes. We would definitely use them again for future projects.

Shawn's company repaired a leak situation on a porch that is the roof of a breakfast nook below in an expensive waterfront townhome. The problem had been going on for quite a while and had been repaired before without success. Shawn completely ripped out the old tile and water- soaked cement board. He then installed a waterproof membrane along with a concrete slab, more waterproof membrane and a finished surface. The finished product looks amazing and there have been no new leaks through several heavy rains. Chris also repaired the drywall and ceiling in the breakfast nook below that had been ruined by the water intrusion from above. The drywall work is better than when I purchased the home and the knock down work to the ceiling, which is very hard to match, looks incredible. I have never worked with a company where the response was immediate to any questions I had. I asked a lot of questions to try to be informed about the process and Shawn answered every email immediately and with detail. They also work very hard all day and do not waste time or drag the job out and the clean up afterward is like nothing I have ever experienced from a company. The work ethic is amazing. I would highly recommend Shawn and Chris and the company - Tampa Bay Painting & Remodeling - for any contractor work. They are professional and courteous and the end result is phenomenal. It is so nice to find a company that is trustworthy, economical, responsive and that delivers an amazing work product.

Shawn did exactly what was promised. Honest and reliable. Completed my lake dock rebuild on schedule. Not many contractors around like him these days.

I couldn't have asked for a better contractor! Always asked questions throughout the project and we frequently viewed the progress together.

My situation was that I needed a 10 x 10 deck built quickly for a spa that was being installed in two days. They did the job in 5 hours. It could probably hold 4 spas easily. I was very satisfied with the structure, but I thought the price was a little high. But I guess when you need someone to meet a very tight schedule, you need to pay the price. The two guys that did the job were very good at their craft. I would hire them again. my wife complained about the printing on the would that was clearly visible in several places. I can deal with it, though.

This is the second time I have hired Tampa Bay Painting & Remodeling. His team did an excellent job on painting and repairing the entire exterior of my home, as well as a variety of interior work to include: drywall and trim installation, painting and texturing, installing kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, and other necessary items to get our home in excellent shape to put it on the market. Shawn stayed in communication with me regularly, identified problem areas and did not try sell anything unnecessary. He finished the big project on the date committed, and left nothing outstanding. Highly recommended, reliable and trustworthy.
