The gutters were totally installed wrong. They were leaking everywhere. brackets to hold them up were never installed. When I complained it took a couple of days for a reply. I was promised that someone will come out to fix it, but that never happened, and I got excuses about why nobody was sent out. Very poor communication plus workers keep getting pulled off the project and sent somewhere else. I finally hired another company, and they were not able to 'fix the gutters and they had to be taken down. I am not a professional for gutters but even I could see what all was wrong with the ones T&N had installed. I sent a certified letter to the owner to request a refund, but he of course never replied or even made an attempt to apologize and make it right. Do not hire!

Horrible experience! AVOID. 2 week job, he had all sorts of excuses on why it wasn't done. Finally at week 7 told him I was done. He took supplies that I bought claiming he thought he bought them. Nothing is finished. Hasn't offered to refund any portion of the money given him. He lies constantly. Argued with me that parts were missing, while I was at work, and then called me rude when he found them and I told him I said they were there. Claimed "install of vanity and sink" didn't include mounting the countertop and sink. Finally installed it when I said I'd get a lawyer. Comes off as a real nice guy... Until you hire him and he sends 1 worker while he goes and does other jobs. You will not be his priority even when you specifically ask "if I hire you I'm not going to get told you have another job to work on". When he finally sent a second worker, the guy called him and the worker said "she's right here do you want to speak to her" and the reply was no. He's a liar. He'll take your money and not finish the job. No I didn't pay all upfront. Part up front, end of 1st week, and end of 2nd week, with final payment due upon completion. Well things weren't going so bad until that 2nd week payment and then nothing got finished. Avoid avoid avoid!

2 man crew came to the house on time and did everything needed - trimmed a number of trees, sprayed pruning paint on all cuts and hauled limbs off. They did a great job at a fair price. I highly recommend them!
