Taulbee and Taulbee Service Co

I hired this company to remove several trees from my yard and trim several others. After I received a quote from the owner of this company and set up an appointment for my services, I never heard from them again. They did not communicate with me at all to reschedule or even tell me that they were not coming. The owner required me to pay a deposit of $500 which I am currently disputing through my bank. I have tried contacting them several times but after reaching out for over a month, I discovered that my phone number has been blocked. This company is a scam and it is truly a disgrace.

Chriss communication was awful, and he missed multiple appointment times. I was told that he could remove a stump as part of the tree trimming work I needed to have done. On the day of the work, he told me he would put me on a waiting list, and told me there would be an extra cost for stump removal, which I had asked for as part of the original quote. Months later, after multiple attempts to get the stump removed and at least one missed appointment, Chris completely ghosted me. I fell for his low-ball quote. Will not make the same mistake again.

Chris and his team removed a medium size maple tree, trimmed a very large Bradford pear tree, and ground up 5 stumps. He was punctual and courteous. He communicated exactly what he was planning to trim from pear tree and continually asked for my feedback. They hauled away all of the wood. They cleaned up the affected areas (raked and blower). Chris Taulbee and his partner did a fantastic job removing a downed tree, repairing a damaged fence, and removing years worth of landscaping debris from our property. He provided a very reasonable estimate within 24 hrs of being contacted, and communicated with us very thoroughly throughout the process. The work was completed in a timely manner - very polite and professional and did all the â extrasâ , like trimming down some old stumps and cleaning up very thoroughly when they were done. His service was less expensive than others that we had quoted, and the work was fantastic. Recommend him highly, and I will use his service again in the future for sure.
