Gary was very professional from day one. His staff did a good job of keeping the work area clean and safe. They are courteous and well-skilled. We were so impressed we asked them for a quote on other work we need done.

Gary and Gary Jr. are awesome. I've done extensive renovations in 4 houses in the past and this was by far the best experience. They are professional and just really nice guys. My project included extensive remodeling to a 30 year old Asbury Park home which included a new kitchen and bath, a bedroom addition and all new flooring throughout the entire house. They fully understood the scope of the project and put together a proposal that made sense logistically and met my budget. As issues arose they adjusted to address them, including the need to replace 8 windows and 3 doors, and the kitchen ceiling. They were communicative, prompt, honest and skilled. I highly suggest Taylor & Taylor and plan on hiring them for all my future projects.

I had a problem with some of the painting that they did for me. I had to repaint three closets, because the trim and interior was not done correctly. Overall, they did a good job for the money. They did follow my directions for painting the walls and trim, except as noted for the closets.

Gary understood my dilemma of this being my only bathroom and made sure I had facilities for all but one night of the complete renovation/gutting of my only bathroom. He provided guidance for all selections I made and the result was I was very , very pleased with the outcome. I am going forward with a renovation of my kitchen/office. The basement after the kitchen. I recommend him highly.

He did a great, great job. I have no complaints. Everything was done when it was supposed to be done. It was a complicated project and it was handled exemplary.

Gary is the most honest and meticulous contractor I have ever dealt with. We hired him on three separate occasions; a new kitchen complete with french doors to the outside in place of the usual window, 3 new bathrooms, woodworking/moldings and wainscoting. Referred them to our son's house for sheet-rock work. Clean, fast workmanship at a fair price. You can't go wrong with Gary and Gary Jr.
