Did great work at a fair price

The last 2 weeks he said someone would be out to fix and no one shows up I call him and he said he thought they took care of it his name is Bill. The railing was not finished and is wobbly.

The work was done very quickly, and the work was excellent.

I had no problems at all with this company. The owner was happy to take a small job like mine, unlike other companies who saw it as a waste of time. I will be hiring them again in the spring to finish the landscaping.

Bill was great in dealing with our budget and timing, very nice guy. All the guys that put the patio and walkway in were very nice and respectful as well. They even moved our sprinklers and re-buried them without me asking and they did NOT have to do that. SO very considerate, a great team! I highly recommend this company for concrete work. Will hire again when we install the fire pit.

Bill is fantastic and the work quality was great. One unfortunate event happened...my hybrid street/mountain bike went mysteriously missing on their last day there. I was not home when the crew finished up their work, so my fault, I suppose. Moral of the story...make sure you are home the entire time, and keep things locked up!

They were very prompt returning my calls and addressing my concerns. They did an excellent job at a fair price. They were flexible with working around my schedule. Very happy with the whole process and the final results!

The concrete looks good for the most part but there are a few things that came up after the cement had dried like a tree branch coming up thru the cement. Once this freezes in the winter it will crack. also the stairs seem to be settling and it has only been a little over one month since they put in the stairs. I have called, texted and emailed Bill and still no communication back to me on when they can come and review the issues. This is poor customer service and I feel that they have my money now and I am not their concern any longer. Do not use this company if they cannot fulfill their commitment to laying great concrete....and back up their work.

Clean-up was only fair. Forming was only fair--many stakes were driven into the main water source of sprinkler system. However, the problem was corrected with no problem.

The group was busy but often was told they would be here and we would wait and they not come until much later. They had to fix a problem and we kept the final pmt. until it was fixed but as far as the men that worked on the project, they were fantastic and in the end a great job. We would tell others they are good at what they do.

Bill and his people did a great job and I liked their attention to detail! The estimate costs were upfront and accurate. Junior and the crew cleaned up each day and left only a quality driveway repair.

Fast and courteous and the best bang for you buck. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a driveway, sidewalk, and patio replaced. The patio looked like backbreaking work, but the crew did a fantastic job. My contact with Dependable Corp. was with Bill and he was excellent. The entire team did a fantastic job. The only problem encountered was the delays due to the rain we have been having. The final results - Driveway, Sidewalk, and Patio could not look better. Thanks Dependable Corporation.

They were quick, professional, and did excellent work. They also recommended grading around the building and that was done very well also. We are very pleased with their work and enjoyed working with them. We will use them again.

There were a few performance problems. Contractor is working with me and resolution is pending. Reviewi will be finalized after resolution is complete.

Junior seems new to being in business for himself. But he is eager, fair, honest and a DAMN hard worker! I very much enjoyed working with him and would again if a need arises.
