Very professional, arrived in time. Told me he could not give me a quote until he saw the problem. Saw snaking it was necessary and the cost would be $180. I agreed to the price so he cleared it.

I found Genteel Plumbers through the Home Advisor website. And Graham called me within 5 minutes of my having filled out the online request. (A plumber, that a friend recommended, still hasn't gotten back to me & it's been 3 days, already.) My plumbing has been neglected for years and years. So, I ended up with two completely clogged sinks and a clogged toilet. Graham was able to stop by the next day, even though it was a Saturday. I decided that I should get my sewer pipes and shower drain cleaned out too. So, Graham started in the basement and methodically worked his up to the bathroom. Now, it's like everything is new again. Definitely 5 Stars *****
