DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The work quality was fine, but that is all it was. Nothing grand, nothing exquisite, nothing over the top . However, the amount of charges are insurmountable! Oh...and they REFUSE (the owner words) to provide a breakdown of their costs. IN ADDITION they REFUSE (the owner words) to work with insurance companies. So, if you have any damage and want to file an insurance claim they won't assist. For example--my mom is elderly. They charged her $3,900 to repair a ceiling that had water damage. No, they did not replace any of the ceiling, they just painted over the damage.....they have no measurements to even provide. When asking for a breakdown of the cost-the owner of The Imp Co's response was that is what we charge for everyone with ceiling repair." Which means, whether the repair is 20 sq ft or 200 sq ft--you pay almost $4k?? They charged my mom $22k just to sand and re-stain floors in 4 rooms. RIDICULOUS

We needed a few columns replaced around our home. The Improvement Company give us a comparable quote to replace them. This Company was professional from customer service to the technicians. The communication between Becky, at the front office was impeccable. She kept us informed and updated. The technicians did an excellent job replacing the columns. They were professional, friendly, and courteous. Iâ d recommend them for all home improvement projects! We plan to continue using their service. Eddie & Marie Columbia, SC

Dan and company are first-rate pros. They are thoroughly professional and easy to deal with. Travis worked on sanding and staining our deck (which, by the way, The Improvement Company constructed in 2016) and was an absolute dream to work with. He kept me informed with phone calls and texts, despite several weather-related delays and returned day after day until the work was completed to my satisfaction. Travis' work was neat, precise and he cleaned up after himself. He is a great representative for the company. His efforts far outweighed what I would have been capable of if I had chosen to do the work myself. I would definitely choose The Improvement Company again to do projects for me. You owe it to yourself to check them out.

We had a 19'x18' sun room added to our house. The people that they had do the work did excellent work. Dan, Travis and Ryan were the ones we dealt with the most and they were great, they had great customer service and very willing to please us. If we ever need anything else done we will definitely call The Improvement Company.

Dan and his entire team were great throughout our master bathroom remodel and kitchen refresh. No project of this scale is going to be without its challenges, but Dan and Travis were always responsive and professional. They take pride in their work and ensure you are happy with the end result.

If you expect quality work in a timely manner look somewhere else. They seemed very nice and reasonable at first, but it was all a front to get paid. It has cost me half as much to get things fixed that they messed up. They inflated the price by 75% over what there subcontractors charged. Good luck!

Did everything they said they would do. Problem with sprinkler system requiring removal of some deck boards to cap water line. Specifically asked about this during construction and was assured it done: but wasn't. This was the only indiscretion. Great quality work and done on budget. Courteous and friendly crews.

I had a small repair project on my downspouts and Clint came out gave me a very reasonable estimate and returned to make the repairs in just a couple of days. Great price and my gutters look new!
