"Hello, I'm incredibly sorry you had such an experience with us. This is not the norm. As explained on the phone prior to us coming we discussed that data recovery takes time. Remember, we didn't restore one or two files or folders we restored almost an entire hard drive (268 GB) from a very old laptop to a very old backup hard drive. When working with damaged hardware, specifically the hard drive, the utmost care must be taken so that the drive is not damaged further."
