The Perfect Light

I have used the Perfect Light (PL) to buy, store and install my Christmas Lights for the past 10 years. While price increased, the quality of service has deteriorated over the past couple of years. It is common for installation to omit the wreath, garland installed incorrectly, lights not working and installation not completed until December. When you call PL, they are courteous and tell you what you want to hear. Of course there was no corrective action the last couple of years. I called PL to schedule my installation this year and my project manager is Cade, the same person who repeatedly told me he would take care of my issues last year. I am sorry and I will complete the work order to get it corrected. We had a discussion on how last years issues were not resolve and what changes had been made to improve service this year. This year PL offered a $100 discount for a Nextdoor App recommendation. I stated I could not recommend PL based on the previous yearâ s performance. I proposed taking advantage of the $100 discount and if and when the PL installation was completed as promised, I would recommend PL. I received a call later that day from Cade stating PL was severing our relationship and he would complete the work order to drop off my lights which arrived the next day. My first response was PL has no confidence in their ability to honor commitments and deliver the services they advertise. I have never worked with a company so quick to get rid of a long term customer.

The Perfect Light serviced our community with holiday lights last year and we cannot wait for them to come again! The install was easy, great customer service, and the lights were beautiful! Our residents were very happy! Thank you The Perfect Light!

I received a flier in the mail from The Perfect Light for exterior lighting. I called and an appointment was set up for the next week. They came out and talked with us to find out what we were looking for and what we expected. They gave us an estimate for the cost of the project and also came out with a free night time demonstration! It was great to see what our lighting would look like. We could add or remove lights to stay within our budget. They aren't the cheapest, but the WOW! the lights look amazing! Each person we worked with was very courteous and knowledgeable about their part of the job to be done. Sara was great with the appointment booking and following up to make sure we were happy with the final product. Chris S. was fabulous with the explanation of the product and the night time demonstration. He even came back and did some tweaking to make the light look perfect! Bryan and his team were great on the day of installation, making sure that the lights were properly installed and their mess was cleaned up. We are so pleased with our lights, experience and relationship that has been formed.

I cannot wait to enjoy my new Perfect Lights this winter! I did my research and looked at a few companies in the area. I felt like The Perfect Light was the easiest to work with, quickest to respond with answers to my questions, nicest, most organized, knowledgeable and helpful. The price was actually more reasonable than other companies I talked with. The night-time demo was the best way to see how my yard would look, make any changes, and feel 100% comfortable with moving forward.

The Perfect has been lighting my house for Christmas for the last several years... So many, I have lost count. They have always done an amazing job, with respectful crews, on time and are quick to respond if any bulbs go out. I love having my house all lit up for the Holidays and get many compliments on it each year. THANK YOU TO THE PERFECT LIGHT!!!

Very professional from design, installation and customer service. I constantly contacted by Customer Service to assure that I was pleased with the progress of the installation or if I had any questions that needed to be answered. They installation team came back a couple of times to readjust the lighting to my satisfaction and did not bill me for the remainder of the installation until I was pleased. I would hire them again and highly recommend them to any considering adding landscape lighting.

We have used Perfect Light for several years to install, take down and store our Christmas lights and wreaths. Great service and easy to work with. Lights are always installed as scheduled and never any damage to flower beds / landscaping from the work. If any of the lights burn out that we can not easily replace, I just call and they send someone very quickly to replace the lights. All one price, no hassles.

The Perfect Light was terrific to work with from start to finish. The preview process after dusk made for a confident installation. I recommend them without reservation!

I have used Cody and the Perfect Light on 2 occasions, and would again if I had more yard! He first light the front of my house, which made such a dramatic impact that neighbors (who I rarely see) called and asked who did the work. Two neighbors have now used Cody for their own lighting. When we relandscaped the back yard, I knew that Cody would be part of the equation. Our back yard now has that 'spa' feel that we were hoping for. Cody is exceptionally responsive and easy to work with. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

I am quite pleased with my recent experience and install of the lights at my house. I have been wanting lights for the front of my house since we moved in last July and it has really made the difference that I had hoped for. The best part about the process was having them out for a demo at night before making a final decision. That really helped me decide what I wanted based on how it actually looked and what I ended up picking was different than I would have thought I wanted originally. Everything was done as promised and I definitely would recommend them!

The guys did great work and worked fast. Very pleased with the work and value. Only Complaint was that they forgot to let us know they were coming and we were lucky to be at home. This could have been a problem since they came from quite a ways and we definitely needed to be there.
