Great experience with this company. Due to a no fault error two companies showed up to replace my garage door. I had hired Up&Up but another vendor was installing the door. Neil, with Up&Up, worked with the other company so everyone would win. Very creative and beneficial solution he did not have to do. The install went great and Neil came to inspect it so they can and will warranty it! That s awesome customer service not often seen.

"Hello Mrs. Kathryn, I am saddened to see that you rated our service as only 3 star. During your first initial service call for a damaged panel the tech discussed the options for fixing the panel. With your approval the tech installed a strut that repaired the panel and you were satisfied with the repair. Once you called back stating you added additional insulation on your own and you had concerns about the strut we added, we sent our tech back out at no additional cost. He then replaced the strut for a longer strut to satisfy your needs even though that was unnecessary for the repair. He left under the assumption that the repair was satisfactory.
