Heat Pump Installation and Replacement

Just hired them for fall furnace service a few years ago. Charged me $150 for cleaning filter. Got my money back due to a friend demanding it back. Next serviceman who worked on it said that Tom's Heating and Cooling must have switched 2 wires because it wasn't working right. He fixed it. No trouble since. Wouldn't hire thrm again!! Crooks!!!
