Was great from beginning to end. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and explained the problem in terms we understood. Would use him for future service from this company.

This company uses a call center to schedule appointments that don't get filtered until the local office calls to get more detail. Customers may take time off only to get a call saying they don't do the type of work that was requested. In our case the system uses R-32. This was clearly stated in the request for service. Total Comfort apparently only services older technology. Most new ductless mini split systems have gone to the newer and more environmentally friendly R-32.

They ran a "scare campaign" on us. We were told how dire it is to get the repairs done, especially before it goes out during the winter time. We were told that he convinced them to honor our ARS parts warranty. He was so friendly and personable. Unfortunately I think he was aware of the situation and just went along with them. The repairs, with supposedly free parts, cost us almost $2700 for a half hour job. We equated the cost of replacing a furnace motor with replacing a car motor. It was shameful how we were "tricked" into paying for a job that should not have cost more than $500 at the most. When I called about the short time it took for the job and free parts, we were told that we agreed to the price. I hate that I have to deal with Total Comfort for another 9 months due to a warranty contract we signed with them. I wouldn?t recommend them at all. ??

The technician was very great and he let me know the payment was $2000 and I did not have that kind of money upfront, but he was able to set me to a payment arrangement that was very affordable. He was fast, knowledgeable, and it was overall great experience.

Carmelo Flores was my technician. He spotted the leak within minutes of arrival and got us repaired very quickly. I would recommend this company’s service to anyone in need.

Biannual tune up. I used total comfort for everything: air scrubber, uv light, surge protector & install. They even have a discount program for emergency calls. Great technician.

The job should have taken one day- it took three. They showed up in the second day after 5:45 pm when they were supposed to be there by 4:30. Never given and head?s up that they were in their way. Didn?t provide and info or insight into using the new ac and furnace outside of here is the heat/cold button. Found trash in my yard from them. Wish I had gone with the cheaper provider!
