CRIMINALS. Much like the other two posts below me, they took the cashed check I gave them from October 2022 and recently altered the date to July 2024. Then, cashed it again in August. EXTREMELY SHADY. Calling my bank and the authorities.

DO NOT USE THESE CRIMINALS! They did an appliance repair for me in 2021. I paid them via check which they cashed in 2021. This morning, I saw that they altered the check date to 2024 and cashed it again. This company is clearly involved with numerous counts of bank fraud. Just look at the last two reviews before mine. Protect yourself and use someone else.

We use this company in July 2022. Wrote them a check for $75 for deductible with our home warranty. They just resubmitted that check and changed it to $750 on March 7, 2024. That is almost 2 years later. It is obviously a fraudulent check when you see the writing and how they change the dates to try and make it look current. Very disturbing that this happened to someone else just this month as well. I will be at the bank first thing in the morning and I did one fraudulent review, but I will have to do more . Choice home warranty referred these people. They did not do a good job either. It is a total scam.

Had SW Appliances come out for a freezer repair in Oct 2022 that cost me $479 that I paid with a check. One month later, the freezer still had issues. Fast forward to March 2024 and the company deposited my check a second time by changing the date on the check and the check number. Already notified Trinity Appliances who sub contracted SW and they are looking into it. Also contacted the BBB and Department of Consumer and Business Affairs. Will also reach out to my local police department to see what else can be done.

Kyle was very professional and efficient and courteous. . He came sharp on time, quickly evaluated the problem with my dishwasher, fixed it . The charge was reasonable. I highly recommend the Subwolf Appliances

Our Home Warranty company contracted this company to repair our broken range. After the repair was approved (and we paid our $75 fee), the company totally flaked and became unresponsive. After a month and a half of texting and calling for an update (and to complete the repair), I just want other consumers to know what they are in for...

Max was awesome very respectfull and knowledgeable. But hes honesty was the key. Will recomend to everyone i know. Thank you Max and Sub Wolf.

Amazing Service

Highly recommend. Professional and pleasant. Evaluated the problem and resolved it in a timely manner. They had to order a part so the repair was done as soon as the part arrived. Respectful of property. Wore masks and booties.

Very nice and polite— and very thorough in solving the problem with my stove and fixing it.

Needed Samsung refrigerator repaired.I answered their text inquiry at 930am and by 12 noon Max was here. In 20 minutes he diagnosed the problem gave us an estimate and two business days later when parts arrived returned and in 60 minutes completed the job. Very professional and polite. .

Overall had a good experience.

Our six-year-old LG refrigerator broke down on a Thursday night. I contacted Sub Wolf through HomeAdvisor the next morning, and Max came over that day, a Friday. He arranged to get the repair parts and a repairperson who was very skilled came over and repaired it within two days, saving us the huge expense of a new refrigerator. Sub Wolf are super professional. I highly recommend this company.

Charged me $750 for 2 minor repairs, which I thought was lot for cleaning out a clogged hose on a washer and fixing so called sensor on dryer. Had to come back three times , second time the tech said the job forthe washer was under quoted and asked for $250 additional I refused to pay. Had to come back third time to fixe the dryer saying the it would only cost $45 and no labor. After he fixed the dryer he tried to charge me another $350. So, they tried charge me $1350 for a job that was over priced at $750. I call the owner Max to complain he told me not to worry about it. This is a shell game buyer beware!

They delivered as promised.

I called at 8:30 AM. I told Max that I had a small problem with my fridge, and when I was fixing it, I made a big problem. Then late at night I thought it was a bigger problem that was possibly very dangerous. He said he could be at my place between 10AM and 1PM. He arrived at 10AM on the dot. When I showed him what was going on, he told me that my big concern was normal and didn't need to be repaired. He suggested to let it run for a while, and if there's a problem he would come back. He came from Woodland Hills to Malibu. I asked how much he wanted for coming out, and he said "nothing". I insisted that he take the cash I had in my wallet to at least have a nice lunch. I had to beg him to take it. This is a good man. A mensch we say in Yiddish. I will always call him for any future appliance repair.

First visit diagnosed recurring problem with Samsung with ice maker. As promised came back to repair after ordering parts. So far repair holding up, hoping this will solve the saga of the recurring faulty ice maker.

I was told that they would be here between 10;00-1:00 pm. However, Max was told to be here before 3:00 pm. Max was nice, knowledgeable and efficient.

Very efficient, came within two hours of outreach. Too bad that I bought a bad dishwasher that needed to be fixed within three months of purchase. Bad Bosch!

If they would return to fix the problem we still have I would be OK, if I could reach them and they would return I would be OK. The remedies they provided lasted less than a month. Update - I'm happy that they came back out and addressed the dishwater problem. Andrew did a good job given the present condition of the cabinet for the dishwasher. Ambassador Steve

They came sameday. Tech was very professional. They had everything they need to replace the drain pump on the spot and the price was reasonable.

The pro was very knowledgeable about my needs and completed the work. When he was finished, he walked me through the projects and I was very very pleased. I would definitely use him again!
