My basement carpet was soooo bad and Larry went down without any doubt said he will take care of it and he did ! ? Had to find a carpet cleaning place for an pet potty accident that was quite bad (diarrhea that got all over her paws too somehow and ran through the house). Troy Carpet Cleaning was able to come over same day on short notice and took care of it.
