They were amazing!

TubNotch Renovations does not hold to their word! I left a previous 2 star review because of some issues with my Countertop Refinishing (unprofessional technician being irresponsible with my things, not following up with inspection, some issues needing to be corrected such as bumps, peeling, clean up, etc. Then, I had an issue with my counter. I somehow scratch it and had to call TubNotch Renovations to see about getting it repaired. I did not ask for it to be repaired under warranty, and I ask how much the repair would be. Jason finally called me back and said under the circumstances he would have it repair at no charge. He wanted me to be a happy client. Then he mentioned my review with the BBB. We discussed it and Jason wanted to make things right. He said he would schedule a repair man to come by. Several days went by and I hear nothing. When I called, they would not answer my call (they have called I.D. and the phone operator evidently did not want to (or was instructed not to) intervene. Jason called me back and said "yes, he was going to schedule a repair guy to come out but we needed to talk about my review and WOW, now I an being BLACKMAILED. He will only repair my counter if I remove my BBB review. I told him I would be willing to update my review once something had been done to take care of my countertop. As of now, nothing has changed to warrant an edit. He again said he would get someone out but it never happened. It has been over a week and they now will not answer or return my call. I have ask for information about the owner and did not get an answer about that information either. I do not know if they do not want me to talk to the owner or if the owner does not want to be bother. I feel I have made a huge mistake refinishing my countertop. It would not have been that much more (because it is such a small area) to have stone or granite instead. My impression was refinishing is just too fragile for countertop. But in speaking with another company, it seems as though it has to do with how it is refinished. He said his countertops can be used as a cutting board. So it appears TubNotch Renovation put the color down, then the following day, the glaze. This can cause a chemical reaction and/or the surface not to be as stable as when the glaze and color are mixed together. Apparently, the refinishing process can be done several ways and if not done right it can really cause problems. I do not know TubNotch Renovations process, but I do know they do not stand by their work. A company that would not return calls (when work is under warranty) is a red flag that they might not be a Top Notch company. If you are getting a countertop refinished, beware, if you are not happy and give a review that reflects that, the company may not want to provide ongoing service (even if under warranty -- which my bubbles would be under warranty). At least this is my experience with TubNotch Renovations. This is a real drag because other refinishing companies do not want to fix another companies work (unless I want it completely redone). So basically, I am left with a substandard refinish and will just wait until it is completely looking horrible and will then replace with granite or another stone -- never again will I have a countertop refinished. This experience sold me on that.

Jeff was excellent. They kept a neat work site, very respectful and the tub looks great. Left good instructions. Office was great at communicating and follow up. Most of all, the techs wanted to work and took pride in their craft.

The Tech Jeff did a outstanding job very helpful.

If you want to smell like auto paint almost 2 weeks, call these people.

The services provided by Tubnotch Renovations were specular! I can honestly highly recommend this company for any tub repair or services you may need. The customer support and turn around time with communication was superb. Please do not look any further, as for this is by far the best tub repair/ refinishing company in Houston. I promise, You will not be disappointed!!

If you need a company to do the refinishing work for kitchen and bathrooms, TubNoth Renovations is a wise choice. I actually received the estimates from 4 different refinishing companies. There are two companies with the better (lower) estimates than the one from TubNoth Renovations, but I chose TubNoth Renovations because I was impressed in Jason's deep passion for excellent customer services. Their technician did the excellent refinishing work for kitchen and bathrooms at my house.

After contacting several companies I selected TopNotch. I liked the references which I read and they met my expectations. Installer was timely , polite and efficient.

They were courteous and worked fast refinishing our damaged tub. Tub looks like like new.

I hired TubNotch to refinish a basic enameled metal tub and a fiberglass whirpool tub with fake marble backsplash and front panel. They quoted a decent price for the bundle, worked quickly and did a great job.

It was quick and easy, and Jeff was awesome. Highly recommend.
