The project was never finished, it sat for many months with no work being done, and then Nick just never returned. Nick was very hard to get a hold of, and if he did get back to he had lots of excuses regarding delays and mistakes. He does not follow structural plans or instructions or seem to keep records of anything including financial reports. Now I am spending lots of money fixing things and trying to get things up to code.

Beautiful new roof. Great service, excellent communication and great clean up. Very pleased.

They were very quick to respond and provided a quote with better grade shingle. Even though their price was a little bit higher, I chose them because the cheaper quotes from other contractors all had a lower grade shingle. They also,helped me with the paperwork for the recall of my existing shingles.

Repaired a roof fascia and a deck hand rail. The fascia did not match in color or size and stands out. The hand rail was not flush with the deck rail, had screws sticking out and sharp edges. He did return to improve on the job and sand the edges, making it acceptable but not good. The old hand rail was left in the garden and not disposed of. I was never quoted for the repair of the rail, so was surprised to see it fixed. If I had known how much it was going to cost I would have done it myself. I could not fix the roof myself, so had to have that done.

Went the extra mile to assist me in filling out claim form with old shingle manufacturer. Quick to respond to my questions. Worked fast to get me on the schedule.

They did a very nice job and were really fast with it. All the guys were nice and friendly. I am 100% satisfied.

More middle of the road pricing. But good work
