Robert arrived with a helper and did a great job. They were quite prepared to move furniture and objects out of the way to do the best possible job. Even lifted the front of the couch up to get the vacuum head under it! Price was far better than Stanely Steemer. Will use them again very soon.

Robert contacted me right away and came on time for the scheduled appointment. He picked up my 2 rugs and returned them the next week like he said he would. The rugs were cleaned well and put into the rooms we wanted them to be in. If needed would use again

They are dedicated to their work! I hired them on a friday and got a monday appt. On friday, we discussed what needed to be done in certain areas of the house. When they arrived on monday, DUE TO NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN,there was a mix up and one part of the house was not done. I called them upon returning to the house and even though they were very busy, they found a way to come back THE SAME DAY! The carpets looked AMAZING! We were using stanley steemer for years and over the past year, we have been very dissatisfied with their service and decided to search for other options. Usacarpets were great reviews and were in the top 3. They did a great job and provided great customer service. We have found our new carpet cleaners!
