Great experience with the owners of Water Be Gone and their services. Very professional and prepared. I hired this company for carpet cleaning and it turned out great! The carpets came out cleaner and refreshed without the post chemical odor that you would get from, say the RugDoctor. The rooms look and smell inviting and fresh. I would definitely hire them again for my carpet needs. 10/10!!!!! You canâ t beat the quality and pricing.

The company is extremely great and responsive to questions. I respect the fact that the owner is a Veteran of our armed forces and has decided to continue to serve his community. He was very well spoken and had a professional appearance. Wrapped trailer and new equipment. Very attentive to detail and performed the job extremely well.

I was referred to water be gone by a neighbor that had worked with the owner Noel on other constrcution projects for his home. I contacted water be gone and they were at my home within the hour. I had a water heater leak and they quickly located the source and shut it off. They recommended a plumber to correct the plumbing issue and proceeded to provide an estimate for the water removal. I had no idea all that was involved in water removal. But Noel was patient and made sure that I fully understood thr process. I even offered for him to deal with the insurance directly; Noel kindly declined and explained that he did not want to take tht control away from me. That while this was a traumatizing and chaotic time; I should remain in control of all cost and should be informed every step of the way. I got a new for of respect for him; not many companies out there today that are honest. He did a phenominal job at extracting all the water that had went from my utitlity closet, under the wall to the laundry room and the into the kitchen behind the cabinets. He cleaned everything and then dried everything. He had to remove some drywall due to damages caused by the water. But he has a great network of contractors that he works with and recommended a finishing contractor to repair the walls after it was all done. I cant say enough about Water Be Gone. They provided excellent customer service and made sure to take my needs into consideration.

They arrive ontime and ready to perform the job. They were very customer friendly and well spoken. Noel walked me through the estimate, explained the process and performed the job exactly as described. I would definitely hire them again.
