After project was complete and final payment made the project manager took the time to follow-up with a call to see if I was completely satisfied his crew did return for some minor touch-ups thank you guys for your dedication to customer service

Charles Keith was completely honest with his estimate for the work done on our rental unit. He didn't try to sell us anything that wasn't needed. It needed a great deal of patching and those repairs are now difficult to spot. His crew worked efficiently and paid attention to detail. We were completely satisfied with the final results.

The job was completed on time with no hidden surprises. The main worker Alex worked for 5 days at 8 hours a day and was meticulous in his attitude and knowledge. I had a very good experience with West Way. Everyone on the project showed up when expected, were very professional and did a beautiful job. All were easy to communicate with. Many of my neighbors have complimented me on the work. The price was fair and the job exceeded my expectations.

Charlie and his crew were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with a piece of wood that had gotten really corroded and Charlie fixed it without asking for additional money. This is my first home, and I plan to use Charlie again in the future. He was my middle price quote but I really liked that the actual owner of the company came out for the estimate and was there to check on the work everyday.

I am very pleased I spoke to several different painters before making my choice and West Way Painting was great. They where quick with answers, informative, and my home looks great. I have to say the customer service is what really won me over I was very busy and couldn't be home most of the job but they where very patient with me and still gave me a top notch job. After many no-shows and postponements by another painter from another referral site I called West Way. Charles came within three hours and gave a good bid. He started the next day and soon finished a bit ahead of schedule. This is a very honest and conscientious company. Great to do business with and will surely use them again in the spring to paint the interior of my house.
