Spencer is a very thorough and conscientious young man I was very impressed with his work ethic and desire to satisfy his customers. He delivered a great cleaning and power washing as he promised and my house looked like it had gotten a new paint job after he finished. Spencer is one of the most positive, professional, respectful, and thorough business owners I ve had the pleasure to work with. My house exterior never looked so good. This young man thoroughly explained what he would do and why, to be sure there was no damage done to the home exterior. When the job was completed he had me walk the whole job to be sure he completed it to my satisfaction. I give him my highest recommendation and as a retired elementary school teacher, I expect excellence. The best recommendation I can give is that I will only hire Wild Shine to take care of all my power wash needs. I would also say I had my work done in this winter season and even though it was cold he came through 100%.

The gutters were not cleaned, I was told that cleaning the gutters that would be extra. This was NOT discussed in the original quote. Also, the elevated window siding on the top of my home were not cleaned. All this was pointed out to Spencer upon his completed, yet nothing was done, but he was willing to charged extra to complete the job. I did not understand why because he was hired to clean the entire exterior of the house. He said, this will keep the HOA off your back. I was stunned. He showed me the chemical I needed to purchase to clean the exterior that he was supposed to clean. He was courteous, however I will not use his services again because the job was NOT Completed. If I could post pictures I would so that others will know I am being truthful.

This young man has it all going for him. Spencer is extremely professional, courteous, and a hard worker. He uses eco friendly chemicals that are safe for humans, animals, fish. As a 'last minute' request we asked if he could do the horse barn while he was here and he was happy to do so. He stayed until the job was done and did a final walk through around the house to make sure we were happy with his work. I highly recommend Spencer's Wild Shine powerwash and will be using him exclusively in the future.
