John installed my furnace 9 years and 9 months ago and I never had a problem. They did a routine service check and found a defective part for $750 and they covered it under the 10-year warranty they gave me. It is great to know they back their product and 10-year warranty. I would highly recommend using them for your heating and cooling needs!

They provided a quality product at a fair price. The installers did a very nice job making sure everything was clean and working great. I would definitely hire them again.

I was pretty happy with them the only problem is I told them they were parked in my neighbor's driveway and ihey needed to move their trucks but they left them there all day

John Smith is very knowledgeable and worked with us on the boiler and ac units we were looking to purchase. He came on the jobsite several times during install to make sure everything was going smoothly. Juan and Austin were here for two weeks doing installation in the freezing cold! Both very hard workers and always in good spirits. They stayed late to make sure everything was right and were quick to answer any of our questions or concerns. A great team! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new installs or repairs. - Brandy E

One of the owners came out on a Saturday to do the estimate. He heard the furnace cut on and told us the motor was about ready to go. He put us on a fast track because of the urgency. I suggested a date a week away because I was off. He said okay, they would come a put a used motor in at no charge if we ran into problems. I called him 3 hours later and asked if he could move it up a week. He made some calls, called me back and said no problem. His crew should up at 8:30 and began. A few hours later the work was done. An excellent company ro work with.

My AC stopped working one late Friday evening on one of the hottest days of the year. I called another contractor first, only to have them never calling me back (after initialing telling me they could visit the next day). Out of desperation, I called Woodruff & Smith on Sunday morning for emergency service. He showed up one hour after I called, and my AC was fixed shortly after that. The cost of the repair and the emergency service was very reasonable. I'm very pleased with the prompt and courteous services I received, and will be using them again!

John was great to deal with, came out immediately to view my problem, gave me a very good price and completed the work the next day , they did a great job, where very clean and my house is now nice and warm, would absolutely recommend them for any heating or A/C needs !!

I had two low bids (and a higher one) on the installation of a new furnace and a/c. One guy was ok, but he had to call his boss to discuss our needs and to determine a dollar figure for the job. He was on the phone with his boss for quite a while. That was ok. But when I called other low bid, Woodruff and Smith, the owner of this company, John, came out himself. He was a lot more knowledgeable than that other guy. John did not have to call anyone for help. It did not take me long to realize that he has been doing this a long time. He is involved in every job. He called me AFTER I had already paid him to make sure I was happy with the job. They did a great job and a good price.

Wow! John was great to work with, very responsive, and by far the least expensive service. We are warm and toasty... not to mention 100% satisfied. I have added them to my contacts and will call them for ALL my other heating/cooling/plumbing needs.

Would not recommend this company. Unprofessional, Not Reputable - No Integrity Did not follow through on final aspect of heat pump installation for which I paid in full upfront as agreed upon which also involved moving water tank slightly to accommodate new unit as placement would be even closer to the tank than the previous unit making it nearly impossible to change filters and they would do this after getting unit installed. They ran out of time and said they would be back to do this. . After paying up front and agreeing for me to schedule a date and time two weeks from that installation for which I would take vacation day off (11/8) and they would finish, I called for 2 weeks prior to confirm with no return calls. Was finally able to get them on the phone (11/7) - one day prior to appointment and they confirmed they would be there next day. Next day Friday, 11/8, I waited all afternoon and John Smith said he would be there. He did not show up nor did he call. A customer that has paid in full deserves a response and service. When I addressed them, no reason or apology - just a twist going back on what they said they would finish that my heating unit and that water tank were always close in proximity (although it is even closer now with the new unit) and pretty much it was not their problem. Monday, 11/10 - I was sent a proposal for an additional $15,000 to finish. An add on for something they clearly did not want to finish even though we scheduled together. All I wanted was new install and to be able to change filters for which I paid. Not a No Show and wasted vacation day and additional bill for $15,000 from this company. This is not a company to do business with.

Great company. Jon gave an honest assessment of the work and was the lowest bidder. They completed the project on schedule with no surprises. I will use again.

John Smith, one of the owners, was extremely straight forward, honest, did not try to sell anything, and was very prompt, and extremely knowledgable. The price for a 2 stage high efficiency Trane furnace was outstanding. Other contractors tried to bottom dollar me with a bad product, bad recommendation, or were way to high trying to sell me things. i did not need. Woodruff & Smith Heating and Cooling I would recommend without a hesitation. They also have service plans.

Professional and fast. Highly recommended.
