Wooten Plumbing

We experienced plumbing issues that required substantial repairs considering that our home is built on a slab (busting up flooring, concrete, etc.) We went around to several other companies before hearing about Wooten plumbing. From the start, John was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly giving us the impression that we were not just another customer to knock out and be in his way. John was very attentive and patient with us during our explanation of the issue and with all of our questions we had. John and his crew worked hard well into the late hours of the night and early morning to make sure the repairs were done as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality all the while keeping us in the loop every step of the way. We cannot give this business enough credit nor recommend them enough. If at all possible we will be calling Wooten Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.

He is a very considerate and professional gentleman. He worked patiently with three individuals who had differing opinions on what was needed. The replaced water heater was installed quickly , the area behind the heater was cleaned out, and the old hot water heater taken away to the dump.

On the first visit he fixed my water heater, and then about 3 weeks later I had him out to put a small water heater in my garage, fix a broken spicket and add two new spickets on the outside of my garage. Thanks to John I now have a happy wife with hot water in the garage bathroom.

I had several plumbers visit, but John gave me the best quote over the phone. He shwed up when he said he would and proceeded to do an excellent job. Despite getting supplies before hand, there was a failed part that he had the supply company delivered to the work site (my home). ...that impressed me! I paid him extra despite he said I didn't have to, but I knew the delivered part was somthing he had not planned. I would definitely use him again!

I have not had the hot water heater serviced yet. It was very cold and we agreed to reschedule. However, he did replace the fill valve in the toilet. His services were commendable.
