Horrific!!!! This company was a no show with ..no phone call.. no nothing I had to track them down and call after the window of time was well over that they gave me (2-4). I was supposed to get a install of a wall unit ac that was on order. Simple very simple.Where are these reviews coming from that say it's good? Fake? How unprofessional and to make matters worse they lied and said someone will come next day when I finally got to speak to them. It was supposed to be in am and I did get a call they are not coming. 2 more days wasted. So I have to start all over again with another company. And the lies are not even good ones. I suffer from asthma and as the weekend approaches with hot temperatures and I will suffer and they don't care. Very unprofessional!!! They will respond to this review with you quessed it ....more lies.

Yangklin came out within an hour of my calling him — in the middle of a snowstorm! He was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem right away, and shortly after that our furnace sprung to life! The price was reasonable, too! Yangklin was extremely personable and professional; would 100% recommend.

The experience was great. The company and its employees acted professionally. They came to the home wearing protective gear, gloves, masks and booties. He found the problem and rectified it. He communicated with me through the entire process. I would highly recommend this company.

The serviceman arrived early and took about an hour to diagnose we had a freon leak and we were pleased that he found the leak was in an accessible area that could be fixed on the spot! Unfortunately, he was missing an important resource to complete the repair and had to return the next day. I felt the cost was very high for the simplicity of the repair but we were told that the new freon type mixture is quite expensive and consumed a very high percentage of the repair job. I would hire this firm in the future.

Mr. Yangklin was a true gentlemen and professional. Repaired what was broken did not even attempt to upsell. i would reccomend YAS everytime.

Hired after getting a ridiculous quote and poor service from a competitor (green homes Long Island aka master mechanical). Great guy, up front and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.
