Yes , Mr Alex is very professional, since our AC is currently off because of the winter season he did replaced only the main filter and advised us to replaced every 6 months thereon. He is going to schedule next maintenance visit on Summer time to check the AC, clean and tune up . 2 thumbs up for Mr. Alex for being Proactive!

Charlie and Richard came out the first day to do maintenance. I had questions so Alberto MEZA came out for a follow up today. He is such a nice young man. He explained to me all about my system since I just bought my condo in July. It?s a different type unit than I had in my single family home. They definitely earned my trust.It is so important to have a maintenance agreement. They come out twice a year for a very reasonable rate. When you go to sell, buyers always want proof that you?ve maintained your unit and they want to see the invoices. That is true of all of your systems. Yes also put in my garbage disposal and hot water heater. I?ve been in the business long enough to know pricing and when I?m being told the truth, I will definitely recommend YES.

Be aware of the hustler company, my system is new 2021 was working fine until yes company comes to see why my bills winter comes high i though need tune up.was running days after this company teg went to check the system he end up need control board and valve to be replaced for almost 4k dollars and now my system stopped working in called office said we didn't do anything for the system if you have warranty with old company they installed on 2021 go call them so guys be aware of this company they driving all new trucks because of hustling, and ripped people.
