Write a ReviewVery knowledgeable of work needed to be done. Got the job done in a good time frame not waiting a long time. I highly recommend and I will definitely use in future if needed.
I hired Tyrone to fix my microwave, which was no longer heating food, and the job was a disaster. Not only did he take 6 days to determine that he could not repair the microwave, but he also charged me $175.00 for the pleasure. I ended up giving him the microwave (he said he could use it for parts), but now I have to buy a whole new microwave. After using Angi List/Angi for almost 10 years for different projects in 3 homes in 2 different states, I would still say they provide good service, but this one was bad.
Work was not up to quality,Tyrone left physical damage on my washer, the person claimed that he was not physically fit and he did not help me move the washer back to its original position, after his work was complete the washer is showing signs that it is not working properly. In addition, Tyrone was discourteous and rude while interacting with me.
Tyrone was just the best. Professional, punctual and tidy. I would have no hesitation in hiring him again, or recommending him.
I was given the wrong diagnosis for what was wrong with my refrigerator.
Is very dependable.
Signed up for the $29 yearly Angi discount and did not receive a Discount.
Very kind, courteous, professional and cleaned up after himself.
I requested for my washer to be fixed. Tyrone called and I happened to answer and book him. He arrived, was not very pleasant to deal with. I asked did he have shoe covers, he said in the truck, u did not tell me to bring them but does not go back to get them. He opened a drain value, requested my toothbrush to clean the dirty pipe. Closed it started it and said it was fixed, did not evaluate any other part of the washer, or wait for full cycle. I was charged $285 for service fee, diagnostic fee, and an insulation fee. I thought this price was high and items like insulation did not make any sense. I proceeded to use the washer 2 days later and my worst fear, it leaks late in the cycle while I am not looking and leaks all the way through bathroom to the new carpet. I called Tyrone back out a and he is not friendly again, I knew there would be problems. He ask me to start the machine which I did not want to do just yet. I want him to check his previous work and see if we can determine where the leak came from before we just cause another leak. I had already removed 2 of the 3 screws required to access under the washer where he previously worked. He refused to take the one screw off to look under the washer without another service and diagnostic fee, 1 ONE SCREW. He refused to check his prior work and only wanted to start the washer and immediately say it is not leaking, job done. He did not wait for rinse or drain cycle, said that it did not matter. I asked nicely one more time can you check your previous work, while holding the $285 receipt. He said no, then I asked him to leave, he was wasting my time and scammed me for money. I still need to contact someone to service the washer.
Very knowledgeable very efficient
