ARL ADVANCED REMODELING & LANDSCAPING Edward Huaman Cel: 214-418-7094 / Offc: 817-936-3039 309 Improperly installed a French drain on my property. He hasn't even shown up to see what the problem is. He has been contacted multiple times and has failed to arrive every time. The flooding due to the job is now worse and is causing my fence to lean.

I wish I could give a lower rating. Hired Edward August 16th.2025 to do a complete redo on my landscaping. Seemed very professional and he agreed to complete the job in my timeframe at a very reasonable price so I foolishly, gave him $2000 to retain his services. He came out the next day and took out about 17 plants and cut my drip irrigation in two places and killed the only plant i wanted to keep. After that, i was put on the work schedule many times only to have no one show up and no contact as to why. After a month, I finally received a response to my texts, where i stated i wanted a full refund or I would turn it over to my attorney. He assured me the refund would arrive that day. Didn't happen. Now, all his phone contacts are disconnected, his company's Facebook page is gone, and his email address is gone as well. Never use this guy, or his company!!!!! He will steal from you without hesitation...

Edward was wonderful and helped me put my vision into a reality. His crew was on time and neat.

Edward is great to work with! He was willing to tackle a nearly uprooted, yet sentimental tree, that other landscapers were reluctant to work on. (He saved the tree!) He also brightened up my entire back perimeter bed with new mulch at an incredibly reasonable rate.

They did a great job. It turned out better than I hoped. The plants and followers were bright and being. The rock and stepping stone were a great contrast. Unfortunately I can not find the photos. I would highly recommend this company.

This guy was on time , efficient and fun to work with. Prompt and cost effective, he’s on my list to call. I had a big branch fall in my yard-too big for me to move, and he was over within 20 minutes and limb to curb!
