Spencer was great to work with. He was punctual, good communication skills and easy to work with. Quality was good and he was reasonable. He built a retaining wall and moved some dirt, did some grading for a new lawn. In fact I just hired him again to do some minor brush clearing and grading on the side of the property. If you are needing work done, get a bid from him before making the final decision.

I can't say enough of how great Spencer was to work with. He showed up when he said he was going to show, he did what he said he was going to do but then also did extras but stuck to his original quote. If you have had bad contractor experiences in the past Spencer is the cure. I HIGHLY recommend Alpine Grade LLC!!!

He contacted us right away and submitted a professional proposal. He clearly laid out the steps in completing the project and when we set the he appointment he followed up and was prompt on the day we set to begin the work. He did great a great job and tested drainage before leaving. Would definitely recommend!

Spencer did an excellent job clearing a overgrown driveway and removing a collapsed structure, downed trees and brush. He compacted a layer of recycled concrete on the driveway. Spencer was on the job right away and completed it quickly. I will not hesitate to hire him again. He is a very nice person and has an awesome work ethic.
