Gorgeous shower! Highly recommend!

We needed our entire bathroom fixed up, not just the bathtub... I couldn't believe that some of the other companies we got quotes from wouldn't even switch a toilet or touch the floors... that made Bath Makeover the obvious choice!

Please explore all tub and shower insert companies in detail before signing on with Bath MakeOver. They may have a strong advertising campaign now, but it is not worth it. 10 week guarantee (plus an extra two weeks because of shipping delays) -- work did not start on the project until 18+ weeks. It did not come with all the material ordered; I could not complete the project. was usable but missing parts and not complete. It took another six weeks to finish the project. The man that came said, Wow, this is in bad shape and not done correctly at all. Unlicensed plumbers and electrical workers were told this would be done by licensed persons. They have now hired a new general manager to get all outside payments and make things right extremely rude and showing zero care for clients and issues. I would not recommend elderly persons to use the company, especially because they are pushy and shady with salespeople and licensed workers.

My mom needed a safer shower. I wanted to make sure it was done right with a warranty. It was a quick and easy 2 day install.

No nonsense, had a very straightforward approach and I really liked that. We even had some plumbing issues and they didnâ t charge us extra to complete.

The walk in shower turned out great, we hated the old green tile. It was well past time to update, their triple savings sale made it fit our budget.
