We hired Dylan Contractor to replace soffit and gutters on our house. They arrived on time, the work was excellent and the price was also excellent. We appreciated that our property was left perfectly cleaned up when the job was done. Luis was very easy to work and communicate with and his workers were respectful, hardworking. We would highly recommend Dylan Contractor to anyone needing work done.

We worked with Dylan Contractor LLC to fix our wooden siding, paint the house, and install new gutters, and the experience was excellent. Luis, the owner, was not only professional but also friendly, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He kept us updated at every step, and his crew delivered quality work. Additionally, when the work was complete Luis and his team made sure the entire area was thoroughly cleaned, taking extra care to ensure no nails or sharp debris were left anywhere on the property. Everything was finished on time just as he assured us, which made the whole project stress‑free.

I received the estimate in a timely manner. Luis was very pleasant & the estimate was comprehensive and reasonable. The work was scheduled so much quicker than I expected & the day of the job they were right on time & finished in one day. They also did a wonderful job cleaning up. Luis with DylanContractor LLC is very nice but more importantly he was professional, reliable and did an excellent job. He returned my initial call for an estimate, he showed up, answered all my questions and gave me a very fair price for the job. He confirmed with me the night before the job so I didnà ¢à  à  t worry about him showing up. The day of the appointment he was caught in traffic and texted me he was running late and why. He showed up with his brother and did a great job on my roof, cleaned everything up and my roof looks new. My insurance company was very pleased with the results as was I. I would use Luis and Dylan Contractors again . Great job!!!

I am very satisfied with the work performed by this Pro. From start to finish, he was attentive to what I wanted, not what he felt was needed, and his team outdid themselves. This was a drywall repair request from a leaky pipe in the ceiling and it now looks better than it did before the incident. I would recommend and hire again this Pro.
