I called the First Mobile Locksmith and explained my lock issues to a young man who told me he would be at my address within 2 hours. He arrived prompting at 2pm and went right to work on the lock.
He said it could be repaired and that I did not need a new lock. He took it all apart, cleaned everything and reassembled the lock.
It works great and looks like new!! Great Service and Great Repair Job!!!

Otari showed up when he said he would and went straight to work. The locks were much older than what he had anticipated but he took the time to do the job right, spending much more time than he originally anticipated, I'm sure. He refused payment above his quoted price even though I was willing to pay him more for the extra effort. I would definitely hire this company again.
