The office called within minutes of submitting my request and said that they could be out within 2 hours. Wes arrived promptly and listened carefully as we explained the problems we were having. He was very diligent and thorough in diagnosing the problem, and came up with a creative and useful suggestion to solve the leaking water issue. Was also thorough in finding another leak which would have been a bigger problem if left alone. Wes was very personable and was willing to negotiate on the price. Still, a bit pricey but if the problems are solved it will be worth the cost. He also guarentees his work and parts, and cleaned up the work.

felt I was overcharged for the job

Ferrari did a great job. Tried to change other appointments to get here sooner because it was an emergency but failed to get change made. So sent plumber out 1st thing Sat morn and had it done in less than 1 hr. Pointed out other problems and said it would cost more to fix them but said I could DIY problems easily & showed me how to. A little pricey (because it was WE?) but wish I knew they had coupons on ServiceMagic site. Their $35 coupon would have reduced price to less than some other plumbers. They also have one for 5% for seniors and one for $50 off of $500 or more of work as well. Definitely recommend and will use again.

We discovered a leak in our water heater on Sunday afternoon. Submitted a request through Service Magic and was called back immediately by the folks at Ferrari. They were over first thig Monday morning to have a look and provide an estimate. They promptly matched a lower competitive bid and got to work. We are very happy with the promptness, expertise, quality work, and customer service. Pricing was competitive and fair. We will definitely call Ferrari Plumbing with our next project.

Wes, the serviceman was thorough and honest with the evaluation and did a professional job in a timely manner. When my Sump stops working, I would like him to replace it.

Received a prompt, courteous call along with a quote. They also directed me to a $50 off coupon on their website. Wes did the job, did great work, and explained many aspects of the job to me. There were some unexpected extras for fittings but the amount was small. Wes also removed my old, not-in-use water softener for a very reasonable price.

Wes Ferrari did an excellent job in replacing both our primary sump pump and the check valve. I interviewed several plumbers and Wes came to our home and explained every step of his work. He gave several options for our pump and explained the advantages of each. I compared prices, chose Ferrari and his work was excellent and timely. A pleasure doing business with Ferrari, from the first phone call from Linda to the finished job. A vast majority of service companies have very questionable reputations and you really don't know where to turn. After numerous bad experiences with plumbing contractors and the scary phone conversations and estimates for this one, I held my breath. After the referrals from Servicemagic I started to relax. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT....PRICE WAS VERY FAIR. I will no longer be afraid to call MY plumber and will definitely make referrals. Thanks for a great job.

Wes from the company came out and was very pleasant to deal with. Very professional, soft spoken, and took the time to explain the problem. 4.
