Called them to come out and clean out my ac units. Gave me a price over the phone and scheduled me between 1-3 for that next Tuesday. No one shows up. I call them at 3:30 they let me know my call was on the schedule but no technician was assigned to it. Great. I give them the benefit of the doubt and let them reschedule me. The technician shows up the day of and let?s me know if I want it cleaned it out it would be $850. I let him know that was not what me and the sales rep agreed to. He walks to each units and looks at them for a second and says they both need to be either replaced or extensively cleaned. Well considering I called to get them cleaned I couldn?t have imaged that! I get the invoice and look at the description to see what it says. After changing the time to start installation 3 times, they still couldn't show up on time. After seeing how they conduct business, I cancelled the whole job. Then they sent me a bill for work performed in the amount of $688, when there was no work performed. They took this money out of my deposit of $2,500. They sent me a receipt for this, in which they copied my signature from the original receipt. It has the date of the 14th, and the cancellation didn't happen until the 17th. I have documentation of all of this that I could not upload for some reason because the screen was locking up.

Please do not use this "company" for your AC needs. They are a scam and overcharge their customers. GO ELSEWHERE for your AC repairs/needs!

The technician that came was extremely courteous, respectful, and diligent. He took extreme care of my belongings and left no trace of his presence in my home. Everything was great!
