I called this company because of an ongoing issue with the flame AND the pilot light shutting off spontaneously multiple times during its use. My husband had vacuumed the ports on the gas fireplace, but the issue persisted. They were wonderful in that I was able to have an appointment for the next day! Unfortunately, they sent what we perceived to be a salesman, not a repair technician. My husband reviewed what we were experiencing. Justin (the sales person), started the fireplace, stated that it works, and we should replace it because of its age... Justin charged us the $175 service charge, with no receipt, and left. I called the next day expressing my dissatisfaction and was told that maybe we needed to spend just shy of $2,000.00 (approximately) for a replacement gas valve and pilot assembly. I would receive a follow up call the following Monday after the **salesman** (tech), Justin, was consulted. I never received the phone call. My neighbor came over and scrubbed the ports with a toothbrush and re vacuumed. The fireplace has worked perfectly for 1 week now. Obviously, I would rate this company with no stars if I could. The only positive was the quick appointment. I prefer hiring independently-owned businesses, but this was a bust.

He was here about 5 min if that to light the pilot light in fireplace and charged me 150.00. I was shocked! This is ridiculous to charge a senior especially.

This man charged me $175 to change the batteries. I understand that companies have policies, but he was literally here 5 minutes. I'm a senior and was stunned that he did not budge, did not give me a break, did not even remotely consider that it was outrageous to charge me $175 to change 2 AAA batteries. And they were my batteries.

Great folks. Super install and left home clean and tidy.
