? RIP-OFF: PAID $309 AND THEY LEFT MY GARAGE BROKEN! ? Flash Garage Door Service was dispatched to my home by American Home Shield (AHS), and it has been an absolute nightmare. I paid them an additional $309 out-of-pocket for what was supposed to be a proper repair. Not only did they do a rubbish job, but when they "finished," the garage door sounded absolutely horrible and strained. It got even worse: that very same night, the garage door got completely stuck. They literally charged me hundreds of dollars to leave my garage door in a non-functioning, unsafe condition. Their customer service is completely deceptive. I have called to demand they fix their awful work and asked to speak to a manager, and they have left me on hold for over 45 minutes on TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS. They are deliberately dodging my calls because they know they took my money and left me with a broken door. They took my $309, ruined my garage, and refuse to let me speak to management.
