Brad, the owner of Golden Belt Roofing, is very nice and very professional. When it came time to have my roof underlayment replaced, I requested several estimates. Except for one outlier, the estimates came back fairly close in price. Brad offered a two-layer system with competitive pricing. He took the time to explain how the system works. It made a lot of sense. When I decided to hire him, he put me on the schedule about 10 days out. On the project start day, his crew showed up on time (5:00 or 5:30 in the morning) and got to work right away. They looked experienced and confident in what they did. They protected my plants and other stuff on the ground. Brad personally got on the roof and did quality checks throughout the process. The crew found that the builder was crimping on tiles and did not overlap them properly. When they put the tiles back, they made sure that issue was corrected. They ended up adding a new row of tiles to the roof. As a result, they needed twice as many tiles as Brad had budgeted for breakage. Brad did not charge extra for that. Brad told me that they would complete the job in three days, and they did (the crew needed to add one hour to the final day). I highly recommend Brad and his team for a roofing job. His estimate may or may not be the lowest, but he takes good care of his client. His crew is working on my next-door neighbor's roof as I write this review.
