I highly recommend Jay's Appliance Service & Repair. The quote he gave me was accurate and he even did extra work at no additional charge. He was punctual, professional and communicated what needed to be done before he did the work. Service was done very quickly and was finished properly with quality. Didn t know why my dishwasher wasn t working. Jay cleaned underneath the dishwasher, diagnosed the problem, and had me up and running in little over an hour. He clearly knew what he was doing. Five thumbs up for quality, timeliness and the charge.

Jordan was very responsive and committed well. The problem was more difficult than first expected. He stayed on top of everything! Ordered the additional parts and returned promptly to complete the work. I will use him again in the future for other appliance repairs.

I am so glad I found him through Angie s list. I have been trying to get someone out for a month and he was here in less than a week because he had to order the part. He was fast efficient and most importantly he was honest and his prices were reasonable. I would use him again and would recommend him for any appliance repair.

The tech was timely and friendly and troubleshot our issue. He checked on parts but due to factory backlog could not get it fixed in our timeframe.
