Terrible experience with Kelly and Priority cleaning service. They were recommended by my neighbors, but they caused significant damage to my hardwood floors and 2 rugs during their visit due to their cleaning supplies. Despite reaching out with photos, the company has refused to address or take responsibility for the damage. Their lack of professionalism and customer care is deeply frustrating. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable, helpful and trustworthy cleaners. If something goes right, great. But if something goes wrong, gosh look out! Please keep reading for our exchange. ------------- ME: Good morning, Julia here from [street name]. I am reaching out with a pretty major concern following the cleaning service last week. It appears that after the floors were mopped, the rugs were immediately placed back onto the wet hardwood, which caused them to adhere to the floors. This has resulted in damage to both the newly finished hardwood and the rugs. I will need to carefully remove the rugs and attempt to clean the residue left behind with a non-abrasive cleaner, but this is not an issue we've ever encountered before. I would appreciate your attention and advice on this matter and on how to address the damage caused. KELLY FROM PRIORITY CLEANING: We've been doing this for 27 years cleaning everyday and we did not do that to your floors. No ma'am. And even if the floors were wet and putting the gnats back down on the floors, which we do, you would have to take the mats up and tell us not to put them back down on the floors. Because we're not just going to leave them and push them off to the side but I'm sorry by putting the mats back down on the floors, we did not cause that damage, no ma'am, absolutely not.

Priority Cleaning aka Kelly Stewart is unprofessional at best. Kelly quoted me a price for a "deep clean" plus interior fridge, oven, and window cleaning. We agreed on using no chemical products in my home due to allergies. I provided allergen-friendly products to use, per Kelly's guidelines. When the girls entered my home, they each carried a bucket full chemicals. The girls spoke very little English, making communication difficult. According to Kelly's list of things they do each visit, and their work: Baseboards - not cleaned Window Sills - not cleaned Doors - not cleaned Cobwebs - scattered around in the air with a feather duster Ceiling fans and light fixtures - not cleaned, but dust scattered around with feather duster Complete kitchen - floor not mopped, cabinet faces and doors not cleaned Interior window cleaning - missed many windows Interior fridge and oven cleaning - Crew balked at doing these items, even though Kelly's Introduction on Thumbtack states, "Theres nothing that you can ask me to clean that i refuse." These were left untouched, inside and outside surfaces. Kelly's Intro also states "We also do not check the time while cleaning, we stay until all work is 'perfect'." - After 1-1/2 hours of "cleaning," the crew stopped before 3 p.m., and said "finished" and "Tres horas" and wanted to be paid. With all of the above items left undone, I expressed my dissatisfaction to Kelly by phone. She responded with foul language, so I hung up. Despite the poor work and rude attitudes by Kelly and some of the crew, I paid for the cleaning. The girls on the crew then wanted a tip for their work. I showed them what they still had not done. They wiped a little more here and there, but the list of incomplete work remained. One girl even begged and pleaded for $20. I would have been happy to give them each a tip if I were given the "detail oriented" service that Kelly promised.
