Extremely disappointing experience ? poor communication and refusal to stand behind their work. Unprofessional and unwilling to stand behind their work. M Roofing installed our roof, but a leak developed due to a nail placed below the nail line ? a clear workmanship issue. They ignored my requests for months, then refused to reimburse the $758 repair cost because I didn?t take a photo of the damage while on the roof. At the time, I was focused on fixing an active leak ? not collecting evidence. Another roofing company quickly identified and fixed the issue, with no problems since ? confirming it was their error. M Roofing also claimed the warranty didn?t apply because it wasn?t ?formally transferred,? which was never explained when we bought the home. Their poor communication, refusal to take responsibility, and shifting of blame say everything about their business. I would not recommend M Roofing to anyone.

Beyond happy dealing with M Roofing. Michael came out and gave me an estimate based on GAF guidelines for their warranty. Straight forward you knew the product and what you were getting up front. Installed HDZ tiles and the best coverage at a reasonable bidding price vs other companies. I dealt with Tiffany in the office and was easy to contact and get my questions answered. Honest, reliable and highly recommend them!!! The installation was done in two days due to the excessive heat and great install following all GAF guidelines with a warranty thatà ¢à  à  s transferable if you ever sold your house.

Roofers cleaned up impeccably, worked hard, and diligently. Went the extra mile. Would like more concise, specific communication from contractor upfront without pulling teeth. Lastly, from any roof contractor would like to have pictures or video footage of each layer/phase/stage for accountability purposes since I was not home, not on roof, and each layer covers up the next(finished product only shows final layer/phase/stage). I can only hope that it outlasts the workmanship/labor warranty and stand the test of time. Overall, the roof looks good, and the roofers were friendly. My house looks like it has a halo over it!

We found michael to be the consummate professional. He was professional, expedient, competitively priced, and delivered a quality roof replacement with zero concerns or issues from our end.

This company do not need to pay upfront like other want deposit 50%, just pay when the job get done.
