Premier Basement Waterproofing gets a 5 star rating. Workers were polite, always on time, and stayed on schedule. All questions were thoroughly answered and owner was visible monitoring project. Carbon fiber straps were installed to support wall and all cracks filled. The final painting looked great. Very neat and respectful of home and cleaned up during and after the job

I have a bone to pick with Nelson. We had issues with our basement and asked him to check it out. He gave us his honest assessment and did not oversell. He was not pushy. He was incredibly patient, explaining every aspect of the project so we understood what's going on. He installed French drain, new sump pump with backup, and a basin. The finished product looked great. The craftsmanship was to notch. The dimpled plastic used at the edge were all even. Felix and his crew made sure the poured concrete was even and smooth. They cleaned up well at the end. The only gripe is that Nelson was not pushy enough. He suggested a vapor barrier to prevent mold and give everything a clean look. We saw some of his work with vapor barriers and end product looked very professional. We opted out of the vapor barrier, and now everything looked great except for the wall. He stands by his work, so I'm not worried. Just wished we put up the vapor barrier to finish the project with a bow. If you're doing basement waterproofing, listen to his advice the first time!

Premier Basement Waterproofing is amazing! My 100 year old basement was musty & damp. I would get inches of water after a rainstorm. Nelson installed a French drain & sump pump which immediately got rid of the water seeping in. He also put up a vapor barrier which has kept my basement dry & no longer musty. My basement is completely water free and it’s been at least 15 months. It’s an amazing difference! I wish the ceiling was higher as it would be a great living space. I would recommend you use Nelson and his team if you want your basement problems to go away! Notice the before & after pictures:

Nelson was on- time, very knowledgeable about the sump pump. He was VERY helpful when informing me on the responsibilities of our township to our situation with the sewage problem we're having. All round great service I would definitely use this company again.

Nelson and his team came on site on time as discussed and worked 2 full days to complete the work contracted for. I can say they did an excellent job as i have not a drop of water in my basement since they completed the project. Their pricing was fair and their work speaks for itself. Had water in my basement so I called Premier basement waterproofing. Very professional came out quick for an estimate. Explained everything that I needed (french drain and subpump) . Took 2 days to complete and cleaned up nicely. Total price 9,000. Highly recommend fast and efficient.
