Great service. I appreciate the process from start to finish. Notified of the appointment,confirmation of the appointment. Notified who was was coming with picture and information about the tech. I as not able to be there but had enough time to have a family member there. The problem was looked at and hopefully fixed. Now I can look at trying to fix the damage it left behind. Thank you for what you do. Sister said he was great.

Kyle an Gabe did a great job. The process was explained to us and after a couple of minor glitches, when they were done…everything turned on. It was a nice day so they could work outside without difficulty and we didn’t get cold. All in all …no problems while they were here…and none since. Oh…and they didn’t even scare our cats….

Fast and honest

Casey arrived on time and had a very nice personality. My A C was cycling off and on too frequently and the blower was too forceful. He was able to adjust the settings of both of the problems I had. I was very pleased with the service.

Installed my elderly grandmother Norma's HVAC 6 years ago. Recently A coil was icing up. She was told she'd need a new A coil (not cleaning first). A-Coil was covered under 10 year warranty but not labor. They quoted her 2900 to install the new A-Coil. I checked with multiple other HVAC firms, and the labor to install this part and the refridgerant was on the order of 900-1000. This firm gouged my elderly grandmother. They didn't send her an itemized bill, so I think they just have a set price that includes the part. They took her money and there has been no effort by them to make this right. Watch out, they'll do this to you too or someone you love. They said it's inflation, but this is what happens when they sense that they can take advantage of someone. They won't talk to me (her grandson), only her, and told her there was nothing they could do and just took her money. Beware, use someone else, you cannot trust these people.

Paschal came out to replace the blower motor! They orderd the wrong motor left with furnace in parts then said they werenâ t coming back to fix it! ð ¤¯ð ¡ wouldnâ t recommend them to clean my toilet!!

Overall, the experience was positive. The techs quickly and efficiently located and resolved my issue (the pool pump timer was bad, and the voltage output was non existent to the pump). I asked, however, for a price prior to performing the work and was not given one. I went inside to grab my husband and when I got back out(less than 5 minutes later) the work was done and they were discussing pricing amongst themselves so it appears there was some grey area on pricing. Overall, they were friendly, fixed the problem, and were much appreciated- but pricing transparency should be worked on.
