This bath reno required drywall, LVP flooring, wainscoting, tub surround install, trim and painting. It was done well, on time and on budget. It’s an old house that presented challenges, and the contractor found creative solutions that worked great.

Chuy of Portland Construction was super to work with. His estimate was very fair, and the timeline worked out just like we planned. He is a great communicator which is HUGE for me, makes everything go way better. He is professional, punctual and knows exactly what he is doing. Same goes for his helpers. They leveled the concrete floor in my basement and build a new wall to create a new project/guest room. I will call Chuy and Portland Construction again!

Chuy was great from beginning to end. He repaired two different areas for the business I manage where we had a water leak that damaged the ceiling. He explained things well, took his time was exceptionally clean during the whole process, removing all the dust and debris from cutting out ceiling and putting it back up, muddying and taping was done, and the texturing was wonderful you can’t Even see the old from the new. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to working with him again in the future.

So far, the three small repairs we needed look very well done. Chuy was courteous and considerate. He had me look at the texture to assure I was satisfied with it matching the surrounding ceiling and adjusted it accordingly. The price was very reasonable and I would hire him again.
